Neue Corona-Regeln im Einzelhandel
Für den Einzelhandel in Bayern gelten vom kommenden Montag (12. April) an teilweise neue Corona-Regeln. Das hat die Bayrische Landesregierung in Ihrer Kabinettsitzung vom 07.04.2021 beschlossen. Danach werden u.a. Gartenmärkte, Baumärkte, Fachmärkte ab Montag wieder wie sonstige Geschäfte des Einzelhandels abseits des täglichen Bedarfs behandelt. Daher gelten unter anderen die folgenden Inzidenz-Grenzen für Öffnungen.
Inzidenz unter 50:
Unter Geltung der allgemeinen Schutz- und Hygienekonzepte (V.a. Mindestabstand, Maskenpflicht, ein Kunde je 10 m² für die ersten 800 m²) geöffnet
Inzidenz zwischen 50 und 100:
Terminshopping-Angebote (“Click & Meet” mit vorheriger Terminvereinbarung) mit einen Kunden pro 40 m² Verkaufsfläche zusätzlich zu den geltenden Voraussetzungen zulässig
Inzidenz zwischen 100 und 200:
Terminshopping-Angebote (“Click & Meet”) sind zulässig. Dabei gilt zusätzlich die Vorlage eines aktuellen negativen Tests (max. 48 Stunden alter PCR-Test oder max. 24 Stunden alter Schnelltest)
Inzidenz über 200:
Abholung vorbestellter Waren in Ladengeschäften (“Click & Collect”) auch ohne Test zulässig
